    21 Day Man Fast is another book that resonates with me. It takes 21 days to create healthy habit. Ashleigh Guice I’ll have you finishing this book in more like 21 hours. It’s ok to cut disfunction out of your life to gain perspective and deepen the relationship with yourself.

    I loved Ashleigh’s ‘Get Unstuck when Life Sucks’ it not only detailed her own challenges but she provides practical advice and relatable relief that you’re not “alone” with your feelings. I also loved the prompts and activities that promote introspection about one’s life and how to move forward no matter what you run into.
