My second purchase from this lovely author, “Just Write the Book”, gave me the perfect push I needed to go forward with writing my first book. I had no idea how to execute, but this gave me great insight and also well worth the read! 5 o/o 5
I loved Ashleigh’s ‘Get Unstuck when Life Sucks’ it not only detailed her own challenges but she provides practical advice and relatable relief that you’re not “alone” with your feelings. I also loved the prompts and activities that promote introspection about one’s life and how to move forward no matter what you run into.
This book was exactly what I needed. I didn’t realize how much energy I was giving away to relationships and distractions until I started this 21-day reset. The guided fast really helped me pause, refocus, and start paying attention to my own patterns in dating.
I loved the structure—it comes with clear instructions, a printable calendar, and daily journal prompts that made the process feel easy to follow and very intentional. Some of the prompts brought up things I hadn’t thought about in years, and it gave me space to heal without feeling rushed.
